Typical set of "R4u Racing Competition" Rules: ( These can be modified to suit the organiser's requirements.)
1. The Competition will run for twelve weeks.
2. One selection will be allowed each Saturday and must be made before 1.00 PM.
3. Selections can only be made from races shown on the "Selection Page".
4. Entry Fee will be £10 per team for each twelve week competition
5. Prize Fund will be min. 90% of Entry Fees, with max.10% to cover administration costs.
6. Winner will receive 75% of Prize Fund with 25% going to the runner up.
7. No selections will be accepted until the Entry Fee has been paid.
8.A virtual £1 win bet will be made for each selection made.
9. Virtual Winnings will be settled at Starting Price. Losers will be deducted £1.
10. Dead-heats will be settled as 50% of SP. Rule 4's will apply to winnings.
11. Non Runners - no deduction will be made.
12. In the event of selections not being made, a virtual £1 will be deducted for each missing selection.
13. Start Date, Closing Date and Finish Date will be posted before the start date.
14. A "Rules Committee" will be formed by the supervisor.
15. Racing4u accept no responsibility for Members failure to enter selections.
16. In the unlikely event of Racing4u Server problems any dispute will be settled by the Rules Committee.
17. All selections can be viewed on-line shortly after the Saturday closing time.
18. Any disputes will be settled by the Rules Committee. Their decision will be final.
